Requirement
Applicants applying for Testamur status must provide proof that they are currently Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Document Content and Format
Applicants may provide a photocopy of their certificate, a letter from the certifying board or a printout from the certifying board’s website displaying their status.
At a minimum, the document must show your name, issuing board/country and expiration date (if applicable).
